Cape Verde State IT technology network suffers malware attack

The RTPE is managed by NOSi and allows state agents access to common services such as the internet and e-mail, but also to management applications in the most diverse areas of state administration and governance. The 'WannaCry' virus encrypts all the information stored on the computer and the attacker requires ransom payment for the user to regain access to the computer and its files.
