Cartel proceedings against Deutsche Funkturm are dropped

Friday 23 December 2016 | 10:04 CET | News
A German administrative action against Deutsche Funkturm for suspected cartel behaviour has been dropped after the company changed its pricing model. In January 2015, the Federal Cartel Office began a procedure against Deutsche Funkturm (DFMG), arguing that it had improperly designed its pricing model for FM antenna mounting services. In response to these findings, DFMG changed its pricing model structure. The Federal Cartel Office was therefore satisfied with the result and opted to terminate the proceedings.
