CBS opens new big data centre in Brabant

The Dutch state statistics office CBS has opened its eighth Urban Data Center (UDC), the government announced. The UDCs are part of a big data project run by the CBS with municipalities. The statistics office gains access to a range of municipal data sets and conducts analyses on behalf of the city administration to help improve their operations.
