Cell C to offer free WhatsApp services

South Africa operato, Cell C will be offering free WhatsApp services to its customers. Cell C CEO Jose Dos Santos said WhatsApp is one of the most popular OTT services on the Cell C network. Cell C said that it is committed to finding innovative ways to partner with instant messaging services, social media, and VoIP service providers to ensure its customers get the best value and an overall great communications experience.
