Cell C urges ICASA to cut termination rates to zero

South African operator Cell C has called on industry regulator ICASA to cut mobile termination rates to zero. Cell C CEO Jose Dos Santos told TechCentral that there is no reason why rates should not be reduced to zero. ICASA recently began reviewing wholesale rates, with the current regime set to expire at the end of September.
