CenturyLink goes to court over FCC net neutrality rules

Tuesday 21 April 2015 | 11:17 CET | News

CenturyLink said it has invested hundreds of millions of dollars a year to build, maintain and update an open internet network and that the regulations will chill innovation and investment, raising prices and reducing choices for consumers.
