Cesky bezdrat, IPEX and NETWAY.CZ, all Czech ISPs, have signed a contract supplement to their wholesale ADSL agreement with Cesky Telecom, so they can charge lower prices starting 1 January 2004. The contract supplements follow the new ADSL wholesale offer presented by CESKY TELECOM at the end of November. Cesky Telecom itself will extend its offer to end users as of 5 January 2004. The offer includes IOL Broadband 512/128 with a data limit of 3 GB for CZK 899 (EUR 28.76) (CZK 1,097 incl. 22% VAT) per month
