Ceva to acquire chiplet designer Intrinsix

Ceva agreed to acquire US-based Intrinsix, a chip design specialist, for approximately USD 33 million in cash, subject to working capital and other customary purchase price adjustments. The deal's closing is anticipated to take place during Q2.
