Channel 4 announces new VoD advertising technology

UK public service broadcaster Channel 4 has announced the development of new VoD advertising technology, codenamed 'Project Agora'. This will allow advertisers to match their own custom audience segments across Channel 4 platforms in a GDR-compliant, cookie-less way for the first time.
