Charter invests in Liberty Global's DAA venture Falcon V Systems

Charter Communications and Liberty Global announced a new investment in Falcon V Systems, a Polish joint venture set up by Liberty Global and Vector Group to develop cable networks infrastructure. Falcon V Systems said the money will help accelerate its development of open distributed access architecture systems, including its MAC manager.
