Chile, Argentina resume talks on eliminating roaming fees

Chile and Argentina have resumed talks over the possibility of eliminating roaming charges in their combined territories, according to Chilean undersecretary for telecommunications Rodrigo Ramirez. An agreement with Argentina could lead to further regional accords on roaming, Ramirez said, according to Chilean daily La Tercera.
