Chile telecoms regulator says service complaints drop 61% in H1

Chile's telecoms regulator Subtel said complaints about services fell by 61 percent in the first half of 2021 compared with the same period a year earlier. Fixed internet services saw the largest fall in complaints, down 73 percent, with those concerning mobile services down 53 percent, but the period compared favourably with the first six months of 2020, when complaints about the overall industry rose 85 percent.
