Chilean court dismisses MVNO antitrust claims

Monday 17 December 2018 | 15:48 CET | News
Chile's Supreme Court has dismissed an appeal lodged by the MVNOs Netline, OPS Movil and TelecoMax accusing the country's network operators of anti-competitive practices, reports business daily Diario Financiero. The MVNOs appealed against a previous ruling by the country's competition court (TDLC - Tribunal de Defensa de la Libre Competencia) that Entel, Movistar and Claro were breaching a requirement to provide further facilities and/or mobile plan resale possibilities.
