China and Korea set to dominate early 5G takeup - GSMA

Chinese and Korean consumers are far more enthusiastic about the possibility of upgrading to 5G than their counterparts in the US, Europe and Australia, according to a new report from GSMA Intelligence. The global survey of consumers in 21 countries released to coincide with CES 2020 revealed that smartphone ownership among adults in most high and middle-income countries is at 85-95 percent.
