China Mobile director Lo Ka Shui resigns

China Mobile has announced that Lo Ka Shui has resigned from his positions as an independent non-executive director of the company as well as chairman and a member of the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee of the company, effective immediately. He now plans to focus on his own company's businesses.
