Chinese ambassador gives '100% promise' that Huawei will not spy for Beijing

China's ambassador to the UK, Liu Xiaoming, has pledged that  technology company Huawei will not pass on data to the Chinese government if it is allowed to help build the UK 5G network, reports The Guardian.
