CIF starts pre-marketing in Achterhoek Midden

Dutch operator CIF has started a demand aggregation in the area 'Achterhoek Midden'. It targets 5,500 addresses in outlying areas of Oude IJsselstreek, Doetinchem and Montferland. Premises in Brocnkhorst previously thought to be included have now been dropped from the fibre campaign.
