Cinia agrees to buy Finnish cyber security company OptimeSys

Data network and software services provider Cinia said it has agreed to acquire the entire share capital of OptimeSys, an ICT company specialising in cyber security. The deal will take effect on 04 January and will make Cinia one of the most significant cyber security providers in Finland, it said. OptimeSys employs about 45 people so the acquisition will increase Cinia's personnel to approximately 350.
