Cinia merges subsidiaries with parent group at year-end

Cinia Group said its subsidiaries Cinia One, Cinia Cloud and Cinia Solutions will be merged with their parent company on 31 December 2017. In future, all of Cinia's various products and services will be provided under the shorter name 'Cinia'. The purpose of the merger is to create a clearer corporate structure and to integrate all the operations into one company.
