Cinven, Warburg Pincus to sell remaining stake in Ziggo

Ziggo shareholders Cinven and Warburg Pincus have launched an offering of 27 million Ziggo shares, with an upsizing potential of 7.2 million more. Assuming full upsizing, Cinven, Warburg Pincus and their co-investors will no longer hold a stake in Ziggo. The full share offering represents a 17 percent stake in the company.
