Cisco acquires UK networking software provider Ensoft

Cisco has announced plans to acquire Harpenden, UK-based networking software provider Ensoft, with the deal expected to be completed in the second quarter of fiscal year 2019. The acquisition supports Cisco's strategy of simplifying service provider networks through automation and programmability.
