Cisco buys CloudCherry to boost contact centre APIs

Cisco announced its intent to acquire privately-held CloudCherry, a CEM company based in Salt Lake City. CloudCherry provides customer journey mapping, out-of-the-box integrations, and predictive analytics to help contact centre agents meet customer needs and improve loyalty and sales. The acquisition will help Cisco strengthen its offering for the call centre market.
