Cisco leads global switching, router market with 53% share

Cisco took the lion's share of the total worldwide switching and router market in the second quarter with 53 percent, followed by Huawei, Juniper, HPE and Nokia with market shares at 5-9 percent each, according to a study from Synergy Research Group for the second quarter. Other vendors came next but none with a share larger than 2 percent.
