Cisco teams up with IBM on managed private cloud-as-a-service

Cisco and IBM have together introduced a Managed Private Cloud-as-a-service for x86, powered by Cisco's Unified Computing System (UCS). The new was announced in a blog by Cisco's Keith Dyer. The offering provides two option, a standard VMware-based service and a RedHat OpenShift-based one. The options will both deliver the consumption and utility of a public cloud but delivered on premise.
