Cisco to expand Global Service Centre in Krakow

Cisco has announced plans to expand its Global Service Centre in the city of Krakow, Poland, reports Telepolis.pl. The company will open a customer support unit for Cisco AppDynamics there, serving customers based in Europe, the Near-East, Africa and Russia. The new unit also will provide software engineering services.
