Citrix names interim CEO as Q3 revenues lift to USD 56 mln

Citrix Systems reported revenues for the third quarter of USD 813 million, up 7 percent from the year before. Net profit rose to USD 56 million or USD 0.35 per diluted share from 48 million or 0.29 the year earlier. The quarter results include impairment charges of USD 65 million from the acquisition of ByteMobile, as well as restructuring charges of USD 14 million and USD 3 million and costs of USD 21 million related to a patent lawsuit. The company also announced Robert Calderoni as its new interim president and CEO, effective immediately. Calderoni will continue to serve as executive
