CityFast fibre venture to launch wholesale offering in Paris, Lyon and Marseille

With the joint venture, Bouygues' subsidiary Axione created a new business model under which sister company Bouygues Telecom has transferred its existing FTTP infrastructure to CityFast while maintaining the right to use the company's network for 30 years. As part of the deal, Axione and Mirova have also committed to bring FTTP connectivity to 3.4 million French premises in very densely populated areas by 2021.
