Civitavecchia suspends 5G rollout on health concerns

The mayor of the Italian city of Civitavecchia has suspended the installation of 5G antennas throughout the municipal area due to concerns about the health implications of the new technology, reports Corriere delle Comunicazioni. In his decision, mayor Ernesto Tedesco referred to public concerns regarding RF exposure from the more powerful antennas required to ensure full 5G coverage, among a range of other claims.
