Claranet announces 3 acquisitions

Managed IT services provider Claranet has announced the acquisition of three IT service providers in the UK (Sec-1), France (Oxalide) and Portugal (ITEN Solutions). The company also completed the refinancing of EUR 92 million, intended for the long-term financing and as an additional acquisition reserve. The investment is being carried by existing and new shareholders, including Tikehau Capital.
