Clarks rolls out enhanced customer Wi-Fi in stores

UK shoe retailers Clarks has selected the CROWD Wi-Fi platform to provide enhanced guest Wi-Fi at more than 500 stores nationwide. CROWD is a Wi-Fi-based customer intelligence, marketing and analytics package. Installation and management of the in-store Wi-Fi network is provided by UK enterprise mobility provider Jade Solutions, owner and operator of the CROWD platform. The installation uses Cloud4Wi's Smart OnBoarding technology that integrates an interactive survey into the free Wi-Fi login process, providing retailers with data about customer demographics and preferences, shopping
