Clavister receives commitments fully covering SEK 150 mln rights issue

Swedish cybersecurity company Clavister said a rights issue of shares decided by the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 22 October will be fully covered by subscription commitments. Major shareholders, members of the board of directors, and senior management have declared their intention to subscribe. The rights issue was meant to raise SEK 150 million, and the EGM also cleared a greenshoe option and directed issue.
