CMA investigation finds consumers face loyalty penalty of GBP 4 bln a year

The UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has announced a package of reforms to tackle loyalty penalty charges for consumers. This follows an investigation into concerns raised by Citizens Advice in a super-complaint.
