CNMC dismisses Vodafone Spain complaint over O2 Spain fibre rates

Spanish markets and communications regulator CNMC has dismissed Vodafone Spain's complaint regarding the fibre rates charged by Telefonica newly-launched O2 brand. In October, Vodafone alleged that Telefonica was using its dominance in the fibre market to promote O2, especially after it committed to compensating customers who subscribed to O2's fibre offer but were located in "non-competitive" parts of the country with a maximum of EUR 220.
