CNTT, OPNFV merge to form Anuket project for open-source NFV

A new project is forming to lead the industry transition to virtual network functions. LF Networking, which facilitates collaboration on open source networking projects, announced the creation of the Anuket project. This is formed from the merger of CNTT (The Cloud iNfrastructure Telco Taskforce, which provided reference models and architectures for virtual machine and containerized network functions) and OPNFV (the Open Platform for NFV, which worked on integration and deployment of NFV infrastructure and onboarding VNF/CNFs).
