Cologne takes top spot for fibre coverage in Germany

Cologne ranks first among the 20 largest German cities for fibre network expansion with 80 percent of the city covered, according to the comparison portal Verivox. Munich ranks second in the ranking with 75 percent, followed by Hamburg with 72 percent. Many of the major German cities are not yet connected to the fibre optic network, according to Verivox.
