Colombia ICT minister Luna steps down after 3 years

Colombian ICT minister David Luna has announced his resignation after nearly 3 years in the post, with vice minister of connectivity and digitalisation Juan Sebastian Rozo taking over. In his resignation letter Luna was keen to highlight the fact that 98 percent of the country's territory is now online, with the Vive Digital ICT investment plan surpassing 1,000 free hotspot zones and 7,800 digital kiosks during his tenure.
