Com Hem AGM allows more share buybacks

The board of Com Hem Holding has decided to exercise a share buy-back authorisation granted by the 23 March 2017 Annual General Meeting (AGM), and to repurchase up to SEK 250 million Com Hem shares by 10 July this year. A maximum of approximately 18.39 million may be bought back, and Com Hem's holding must not exceed 20 percent of outstanding shares at any time. Payment will be made in cash.
