Com Hem extends loan facilities by 18 months

Com Hem Holding said that its subsidiary Com Hem Sweden has agreed with its lenders to extend the term of all loan facilities under its senior term and revolving facilities agreement originally dated 22 May 2014. They will extend the terms of the SEK 8.18 billion facilities by eighteen months, subject to fulfilment of certain conditions, from 26 June 2019 to 31 December 2020.
