Com Hem offers free parental controls based on F-Secure software with children's subscription

Swedish operator Com Hem, part of the Tele2 Group, said it is offering the new Trygg Surf porn and violence blocker free of charge with its Mobil Barn subscription for parents of children under the age of 18. It filters out undesirable content such as pornograpy, violence and gambling, regardless of the internet browser used. It can be adapted to whatever the family wants to block.
