Com Hem raises dividend 50%, proposes share cancellation then issue

Swedish fixed line operator Com Hem said that shareholders at its AGM on 21 March will vote on a motion to raise the dividend by 50 percent from the 2016 level, and on a proposal to reduce then increase share capital. Last month, the company said net profit for 2017 grew by 45 percent to SEK 461 million and EPS to SEK 2.55 from SEK 1.66. Com Hem recently announced its plans to merge with Tele2 Sweden, too.
