Com Hem tests software to fix Netgear modem security problem

Swedish cable operator Com Hem said it is testing new software for the Netgear CG3100 modem, aimed at resolving security problems found with the device. The tests will run for a few days and Com Hem hopes to be able to start updating customers' modems at the beginning of the week starting 10 November.
