Com Hem wins 5-year newbuild deal from property developer

Swedish fixed line operator Com Hem that it has won a five-year contract from property company K-Fastigheter through parent company Karlsson Equity Holding, regarding new development projects. Under the deal, new rental units built mainly in the Oresund and Stockholm regions will be connected to Com Hem's hybrid fibre coaxial network. Karlsson aims to build at least 2,500 apartments across Sweden by 2016.
