CommScope inks deal to acquire antenna technology from Spain's Fractus

CommScope has announced a technology transfer agreement with Fractus after settling a dispute with the Spanish antenna technology specialist. Under the terms of the deal, Fractus will transfer its entire worldwide portfolio of base station antenna patents to CommScope, adding the US company's 15,000 global patents, including more than 700 related to base station antenna technology.
