CommScope Q4 results come in at high end, sees Arris deal closing in H1

CommScope reported a net loss for the fourth quarter on a number of one-time charges and a 6 percent drop in revenues. The company said it's on track to complete its takeover of Arris in H1 and sees stable to higher revenues and improved operating profits in the new year from its continuing operations.
