Consumer bodies file amicus brief in Apple vs Samsung case

Consumer rights advocates Public Knowledge and Electronic Frontier Foundation have filed an amicus curae brief in the Apple versus Samsung litigation before the Court of Appeals for Federal Circuit. The brief supports Samsung's request for the Federal Circuit to reconsider its decision authorising an injunction prohibiting the sales of certain Samsung cell phones.
