Consumers union finds problems with Ziggo TV transition

The integration of UPC and Ziggo's networks has not gone without problems for customers, according to the Dutch consumers union (Consumentenbond). Around a quarter of the 3,000 Ziggo customers questioned said they had problems with retuning their TV services. The majority of the complaints (57%) involved blocks and stripes in the screen image and a fifth said the signal was dropping out. The union advised customers to report the problems to Ziggo and called on Ziggo to resolve the problems. The union's complaints site Klachtenkompas.nl will not be accepting queries on the matter, as UPC has
