Cordcutting slowly growing in popularity in NL, especially among 20-40 yrs olds - Telecompaper

Less Dutch households are keeping their TV connection. And yet, despite the fact that many Dutch people would like to end their TV subscription, many are still holding on because they don't want to lose live TV. Meanwhile, a massive amount of video is getting watched outside the TV subscription, with YouTube stated as most popular app for both smartphones and tablets. Over the last two years, the number of Dutch households without a TV connection has gradually increased, from 2 to over 3 percent, with 20-40 years olds making up the bulk of those with no subscriptions, according to
