Cost becoming less important in triple-play choice - study

Costs remains the top factor in choosing a triple-play provider, but Dutch consumers are naming this reason less than a year ago, according to research by Telecompaper. The market researcher's Triple Play Insights report shows that internet-related factors, such as speed and reliability, are becoming more important when choosing a provider.
