Court likely to dismiss unions' LTE licensing case - report

The general rapporteur of France's highest administrative court, the State Council, has called for the body to dismiss a lawsuit brought by labour unions CFE-CGC and Unsa against the LTE licensing process completed last year. Les Echos reports that the case is likely to be rejected. The unions filed a complaint with the authority in September over the licences' lack of employment requirements and the possibility of foreign operators taking advantage of MVNO hosting obligations to win market share without proportional investment.
