Court upholds complaint against misleading SFR fibre ad

Friday 11 November 2016 | 11:16 CET | News
The commercial court in Paris has upheld a complaint made by Orange against an SFR advertisement promoting a fibre and TV package including SFR Play, reports Le Figaro. SFR will have to withdraw it in its current form or face a fine, and has been ordered to pay EUR 10,000 to Orange. The ruling was based on the finding that the promotional price mentioned in the ad campaign contained misleading information.
